CMAS B.O.D. Meeting January 19, 2010

Carl called the meeting to order at 7:35P.M.

OLD BUSINESS
Sea Life, Inc. Follow-up
CMAS will contact Ken Nedimyer regarding the CMAS donation made to Sea Life, Inc. Hopefully to acquire pictures of our ‘adopted’ corals.

Membership Cards
A reminder will be posted informing members it is time to re-new and that we are hoping to have the cards around or shortly after the Frag-fest.

New Business
Glue
CMAS will be able to continue purchasing glue and sell it at meeting/functions.

Frag-Fest
The 2010 Frag-fest is scheduled for Saturday, February 6, 2010, at House of Tropicals.

‘Package’ cards, similar to last year’s event will be utilized again this year; advanced, intermediate and beginner.

A ‘poll’ will be posted to give us an idea of the number of members planning to attend.
