Still don't know what I am doing with the G3, but it's fun to take pics then look to see what comes out! Mastiffs helped, so I had to put in two pics of theirs http://www.cmas-md.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

Looking over Coral ID sites... I wonder what Borneman's thoughts were when he came across this one!

Naso wants to play! The entacmea is actually on the back of the old piece of turbinaria...if it gets off I will make about 20 or so frags to distribute http://www.cmas-md.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

Removed the picture of the two puppies, for it offended one member on this board, by not being aquarium related.

(Pic edited)
For those with puppies, we have a website in the works, if you would like to have somewhere to post pics of non-aquarium related, non-human family members, let me know we can think of something.

Chris,
You mentioned order a zoom lens for your Canon? Is it the Canon lense for $125, plus the $25 adapter? I was trying to zoom in closer to some of the corals last night, but all I could do was the 4.0 mechanical, or the 14x digital. I did notice most of the really close up pics, came out blurry due to the refraction of the glass, and the angle of the camera. Think a lense would limit this?

(as a precursor...I posted the pics in this "HELP" forum for I did want to ask questions on composition, technique, etc. )
