I changed my avatar today and the size limits have changed. Can we get the old limits back?

I thought I changed the size limits for all paid members. I check on yours now.

Yes, mine's pretty small too. My graphic looks MUCH better when it's the size of yours.

mine went small again when I tried to make it rectangular not square.

Mine's 100x100, so that shouldn't be my problem. I could certainly be doing something wrong. What's the "proper procedure"?

I set all CMAS members avatars to 128X 128 but if you change your avatar it defaults back to 64X64. There is a place in "your control panel -> personal info -> avatars" where you can change the size up to 128X128. If it doesn't work, tell me what dimentions you want and I'll change them for you.

Ken,
Your avatar must be at max size. You are set for 128X128 but you still have the 64X64 size.

I can't seem to get a clear Avatar. I start with a good pic, but it seems to end up looking like this every time. Any idea why?
So nobody knows how to resolve this?
I don't have a good image editor here, but it looks to me like the image is rectangular, wider than it is high, but it is being rendered as square. Did you type in the correct dimensions of the avatar? Also, the maximum is 128x128, so make sure that the largest dimension is not above that. What appears to be happening is it is resampling it to fit in in a 128x128 square of pixels. Do you know the exact dimensions in pixels?
